Introduction to Psychology This course gives an overview of the scientific study of human behavior. Topics include but are not limited to, personality theory, social psychology, biopsychology, sensation, perception, learning, motivation, cognition, and abnormal behavior. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the science of psychology.
Human Growth and Development This course studies the entire lifespan from prenatal development to death. It examines the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive changes that take place throughout the lifespan and explores the role of heredity and environment in producing these physical, intellectual and social changes.
