NURSING PROGRAM
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Students accepted
for admission into the nursing program will be required to
submit the following:
-
Current health
questionnaire completed by a licensed physician, nurse
practitioner, or physician assistant (form provided by the
college)
-
Current CPR
certification
-
Documentation of
immunizations including TB test
-
Drug screening as
stipulated by the agencies with which the A.D.N. Department
contracts for clinical experiences.

Background checks
as stipulated by the agencies with which the A.D.N. Department
contracts for clinical experiences.
-
Ability to meet the
Essential Functions with or without rationale accommodations.
Any students requiring accommodations must meet with the
Disability Services Coordinator.
