One Economy Mobile Tax Van

The United Way of Central Alabama received funding from the Wal-Mart Foundation through the United Way of America to expand free income tax services in Alabama by enabling individuals to use a computer-based tax preparation software and file state and federal taxes free if their adjusted gross income is less than $56,000.

Congressman Artur Davis was instrumental in bringing mobile tax services to his district and he will be at the Kick-Off at 10:00 on April 7th in Selma and at the Tuscaloosa site on April 8th. The mobile tax services will be available in Birmingham on April 9-11.
