WCCS Nail Competition Winners
The WCCS Cosmetology Program held the Summer Semester Nail Art Competition on Monday August 4, 2008 in the Cosmetology Building located on the WCCS Campus. Each student sculptured an acrylic nail and a 3-D nail.
