Community Education at Wallace Community College Selma is committed to linking College and community resources to provide quality enrichment programs to people of all ages. It offers a variety of fee-based workshops, classes, community-service activities, and continuing education classes designed for those who want to learn but who are not necessarily interested in earning academic credit or pursuing a college degree. Classes are designed for people in search of life enrichment and those striving for personal and professional growth. Programs are provided for traditional and non-traditional students and can be targeted to individuals in business, government, professional organizations, and social services.

Community Education Classes

Class instructors will include individuals from all walks of life – Wallace instructors, businessmen and businesswomen, professionals, and local artists. All instructors will be knowledgeable in their field. Possible courses could include photography, hunter education, employee relations, smocking, acrylic painting, CPR, ACT preparation, cake decorating, boating safety, as well as personal development courses in computer.
