VISION STATEMENT

The business education unit shares the College’s vision of a learning-centered education that is responsive to the needs of our service area and is manifested by quality teaching, opportunities for learning, effective educational support services, and access to quality education. Challenged by change and innovation, the College will move forward to create a future responsive to the diverse needs of students, the community, and the state. To empower students with high-quality education and skills that lead to career advancement, post-secondary credentials, and meaningful opportunities in employment, military service, or apprenticeships.

Quality Instruction -The business education unit strives to provide relevant educational opportunities using various modes to prepare students for the workforce.

Accessibility – The business education unit provides various modalities to meet the needs of students, especially those who are unable to attend traditional classes due to work and family responsibilities.

Continuous Improvement -The business education unit engages in a systematic evaluation process that requires continuous improvement in the instruction and services it provides to students and other stakeholders.
